Hi there, here's an update.... this was filmed a few months ago however, i have used this dye the last two home dyes i've done (what i have in my hair now). It does fade fast unfortunitely - within 2 weeks! but, i do like it as eventhough it doesn't dye my grey hair super well, it does fade really nicely in these areas. I am limited to the dyes that work for my hair and hope to find a Matrix dye soon from Sally's which i'll also film. Take care, speaks soon. Claire xx

Just like you I dye my hair, I have been for years and years...my current colour is Blue Mercury by Schwartzkopf (I just love it 💙) and I get loads of compliments about it, I get people stopping me in the streets, in the supermarket, at the hospital anywhere I go really and my daughter just says another comment 😊

I just used L'Oreal Paris Feria Multi-Faceted Shimmering Permanent Hair Color, C74 Intense Copper, it turned my hair radioactive orange like a legit clown. Do you have any idea why because my normal hair wasn't that light and not dyed? How can I find the "base shade" on the box?

Clare, You rock the copper! When you do a retouch, do you apply it throughout and if so for how long? All the copper shades are hard to find and buying it online, ppl sell the copper shades for ridiculous prices. Ty from the USA!

It doesn’t bleach it but it’s a permanent and contains peroxide so can damage your hair as it can lighten a shade or two xx

Because I’m not a licensed hairdresser anymore so I can’t go and get professional supplies. I stopped hairdressing when I was 22yrs but still cut hair for friends and family. Xx

@@Diaryofabeautygeek with body art quality henna you wouldn't have to grow out the dye however you won't achieve these kind of colors with henna. Should you later want to use hair dye again you'll be very limited in what you can use without having to bleach the hair. I love henna, I used it exclusively for about 14 years to add some red to my hair before going back to dying my hair. It was fun and very conditioning but the color effect is limited.
