How to make Aloo Paratha: Aloo Paratha/Potato Stuffed Paratha /Urulakizhangu Paratha is a flatbread, a great choice for breakfast or as a packed meal. This Aloo Paratha recipe in Malayalam is easy to follow. It’s vegan unless you use ghee to roast. Excellent if had with curd. It’s diet friendly, but check the amount of oil that you use! Enjoy 😊
It’s widely popular in and North India. My Ammumma used to make it regularly at home when i was a kid and until recently.
