Hello Joicy chechi! Tried your version of aloo paratha and it came out very well. I like my aloo parathas a bit thicker with more stuffing so that was the only thing I did differently. Another thing is instead of amchur powder i added 4 drops of lemon juice( only 4 drops not less not more) and it gave that same north indian flavour that amchur powder gave. Also added only a pinch of cumin powder. Thanks and keep more and more of your reciepes coming.
