The version that I have of this song came from "Eternal Traxx Vol. 3 CD 1" and its DR10 with a little clipping. This REMASTERED version is DR7. What is the point of crushing music and destroying dynamics? -_-'

@@DreamTV Dynamic Range. This version is more compressed (Louder) than the one I have. IMO artists, producers, and specially audio engineers should know about this stuff (RMS, LUFS, etc) regardless of their stance on the Loudness War.

@@marq_8976 Thanks for your quick reply! Interesting. I have this on vinyl and a few years ago paid for a lossless version. Then, recently bought this remastered version on Bandcamp, purely because it was louder. I don't know, but it sounds ok to me. I'm aware of where you are coming from, because I've been in a studio with a professional sound engineer and he said the same as what you are saying, that the "loudness war" is having a negative impact on the finished product.
