Maizijian (wheat crackers) is a traditional Taiwanese dim sum that I loved to eat when I was a kid. 😍😋
Maizai fried is a batter made of flour + water + baking soda powder + eggs + sugar. Pour the batter into an iron pan, then put red bean filling or peanut butter on it, and finally fold and cut the small snacks when they arrived in elementary school. After school, I would pester my grandmother to take me to the temple entrance to buy wheat fried rice.
Now I see that Maizijian not only eats delicious food, but also recalls the picture of getting along with grandma as a child.

攤位算滿乾淨的 一個人 北部一片4 50看消費者接受度還滿高的 南部有的會做較薄 然後多切二片一鍋10片 膨大劑放較多有較重的味道內餡較少 一片25吧...
