Hola Joan! Me ha encantado el vídeo. Te he descubierto buscando rutinas para lograr L sit y me gustó tu forma de comunicar y el ritmo. Una pena que no sea en español! Llevo un año practicando yoga y se me resiste :( pero siento q es necesario para lograr posturas más avanzadas. Cuánto tiempo lleva logar L sit si práctico este vídeo a diario? Gracias!!!!! Thank you Joa! I really loved your approach to this work. I've been working on my L-sits awhile now, and have found that it taxes the nervous system quite a bit with the way that many teachers put together the work. I appreciated your teaching because there was as much of a focus on sticking with the breath and bandhas (recalibrating) as there was the effort. Sthira and Sukha. For me, it made the work much more productive, and my CNS didn't feel like overdrive. I'll definitely be repeating this class. :)

anyone else feel a strange twitching in the tricep when pushing up into the L-sit? I always feel it in my right

It's because your arm is also doing the work. You're pushing your weight away from the ground and pushing movement is primarily activates the shoulders and the triceps. :)
