I am currently in L & T Construction , so there is two world of L&T 1. L&T construction Never ever go in L&T Construction, working hour is more than 90hr/week. Prior they will not tell you about L&T construction , within the joining letter they will tell you about , whether you are going to join in L&T construction or else (❌) 2. L&T Service , Defence , Power , Manufacturing, etc These sectors are very good and demanding sector , if you get an opportunity to join in these fields then definitely go for it (✅) And The best part is I am going to resign very soon 😊.
