Her most of her thinking is coming from bible and her culture. She gave me a lot of aha moments, I was just like mahi, still is in some ways but at least now I know that im wrong. Pls listen to her very carefully especially if you are Christian and want to walk on Gods path. I understand some of her views seem to be very traditional and hard to implement but still has a very valid point.

You have a point about her blanket statements. And she just took every pearly things without contextualizing with our past and current landscape. However, there is a lot to take from pearl and other red pill campers. Its evident how the last two waves of feminism destroyed marriage and family in the west and its impact would even reach the level of “derailing!” the western civilization. Its important to mitigate these developments in our society. Since social media is disseminating the feminist herald the red pill response is also expected.

@@ruppert4643 I think the whole issue stems from being unable to accurately contextualize and tailor the concept of feminism when implementing it, especially in a country like Ethiopia where traditions and religion have high significance. It is confusing to figure out where the line between enabling women and derailing them from traditions that have proved to work effectively is. (Perhaps some of Yonathan's basic questions needed to be answered - Yoni magna 🙃) Or understanding the difficulties of assuming multiple roles in a household overlooking the importance of distribution of roles. It is also difficult to differentiate between lack of opportunity or an enabling environment and lack of responsibility and accountability especially because the culture of self-awareness, constructive criticism and support isn't all that common in Eth. And through attempting to oppose 'cancel culture' and push for the red pill, what feminism stands and fights for is lost. The alarming part is the number of people who are applauding these statements at face value. In any case, Mahi did outclass her!

I think this lady is confusing affection & vulnerability with weakness. Men are leaders, providers & protecters of their house but still they should show intimacy and affection to their wife.
