L1800 Damper Replacement

How to replace dampers on the L1800

Hi. I’m new to DFT. I have had the paper for about a month. It’s been fine until yesterday. It stopped printing ink. Did the head flush, the head check. It prints yellow. But nothing else. I’ve been shaking the reservoir daily. I flushed the lines, primed the dampers. It don’t seem clogged. Is there something else I can try?

How often are you supposed to replace these dampers?

Typically every 2-6 mths depending on use. The screens get clogged or the springs wear out.
