Imagine the mass on frictionless surface..mean no frictional forces..so the only force is restoring force of the spring on a body..hence this is the only for on mass attached to spring...so this also happens to be net force

Does inertia and restoring force are of opposide nature one restore the object towards equilibrium position and other do not want the body to be remain on equilibrium position ?

Well you are correct, they are opposite terms

No no inertia is due to mass. Once the mass comes towards equilibrium position it will have inertia and on the other hand when we apply force on mass and bring it to extreme position then whole force at extreme position converts into restoring force and bring back the body to mean position is the duty of restoring force.
