Brother i shall do the work, It means that Rajya sabha has to approve its continuation when the LS Dissolves, And once a new lok sabha is constituted then the proclamation survives until 30 days from the first day of new lok sabha . Did you get it ?

No brother. On papers, President can not agree to the advice if (s)he feels so but indirectly, he is just a nominal head as you must be knowing, therefore (s)he has to abide by it and in most of the cases they accept the same.

Internal emergency will occur when there will be armed rebellion by the people of India itself. Then I don't think it's pragmatic to secure the fundamental rights of such armed rebels. As per my limited knowledge I can assume this might be somewhat related to the provision as you mentioned in your question.

Sir there is one doubt regarding the provision of different proclamations issued by President at the same time.. it was added by 38th amendment act of 1975. What does it mean? A president can issue multiple emergencies on different grounds? Or something else. Please clear my doubt.

Yes it means that president can issue proclaim action of emergency on grounds of war, external aggression , armed rebellion.

Sir, You said that Indira Gandhi had gotten the national emergency proclaimed by the President without the parliamentary approval. But as per the constitution, it can be imposed without the parliamentary approval only for a period of 30 days.
