Yes, it's bad! And to your point: Ideally, yes! But in reality, they need to see significant demand first, so the homes usually come before any plans to develop new roads or improve existing ones.

It will eventually even out! People are looking to improve the situation, and that's the good thing about it! The nearby communities are playing a big role in making sure of that.

@LIVINGINDALLAS I live in North Dakota, but I visited Little Elm and Frisco in 2019. I liked that area, but I'm always undecided because of the heat in Texas. My wife is from Fort Worth, and every summer we always come down there, except this year I went to visit Austin to see if I should plan to consider the north of Dallas or Austin. I have been watching your videos for years now, and hopefully one day I'll reach out for help if we decide to move there. Thank you for your time, and keep up the fantastic work.

Nice video, I’ve been in Prosper 22 years and unfortunately this video is incorrect. The Whole Foods is already built as is the CFA. He’s correct on the development going on, just not what is actually planned for the land…

Must be thinking of the Whole Foods in Fairview. This Whole Foods will not be open until next January, unless state filings are incorrect.

I used to live in the apartments right where that collision center is being built. I don’t understand how the city is allowing this growth while 380 construction is ongoing. I just know construction workers are pissed. I’ve seen some horrible accidents in the roughly 9 months I was there. Great information, though I would hate to live off that stretch again until road improvements are completed.

In my honest thoughts about US HWY 380, One of the Limit Access Highway is one of the worst, there are too many crowded intersections. I would refer the expansion 380 with both continuous Highway & Frontage Road. Don’t forget the Bypass 380 for Denton, McKinney, Princeton and Farmersville too.
