La bella MONTEPAGANO

Montepagano is a fantastic little town in Abruzzo, in the commune di Roseto degli Abruzzi. A short video made with a iPhone 5 and edited in Final Cut X. Quick and low budget. Next step to improve the quality will be some kind of camera support. Stay tuned for more film from Italy in the future.

Thank you, Peter Lindberg, for this very nice video of Montepagano! In this beautiful hilltop town lives a famous singer. I miss his voice to this video! It would be a lovely match! As Gianluca Ginoble promotes his hometown worldwide I am sure he would appreciate if his music would be included into your next Montepagano video - perhaps this Spring one will be followed by a Summer Video? Autum and Winter will also present beautiful chances to show corners, houses, flowers or even gardens and views to the Sea. A tranquil landscape in the rough Abruzzo!

+geertiify I am planning to make a new video that maybe includes interviews with a few local people. Too bad that Massimo has closed his minimarket. :( Will shoot it with my DSLR instead of my iPhone. And also use a tripod, GlideCam etc. If Gianluca would give me permission to use his voice in any of my future Abruzzo videos I would be honoured.

I am sure he would agree. You are nearer to him than I am, Peter. He will return to Montepagano after his present world tour. But one of his parents is always there. Perhaps you care to get in contact with them? Your video and my comment on it, to use songs from him, may open the door for you. In any case there are a number of CDs and DVDs on the market. To use a song underlying a video should not be a problem, but of course it is recommendable to get the agreement or allowance from him or his management. I am looking forward to your doing!!! Let me know when you publish something. Also in case I could help you otherwise. Perhaps then via private message.

We were just there at the Montepagano Belvedere on Sept. 14, 2014! As you show-however briefly-the view and scenery are magnificent. I am thankful that my new Italian cousins took me to such a quaint and revealing hilltop town.

Un Pueblo muy hermoso con gente acogedora y simpatica! Los invito a que vayan a conocerlo y a vivir esa bonita experiencia y si se encuentran a Gianluca o alguno de sus familiares me los saludan; Si quieren llegar tomen su autobus en Tiburtina a Roseto Degli Abruzzi y de ahi se ve esa hermosa Ciudad de. Montepagano en la montaña es una Ciudad pequeña y muy tranquila! de Roseto sale el Autobus a Montepagano. No te arrepentiras de haber llegado hasta alli. Saludos a todos sus habitante,. Felicidades a los de la Region de los Abruzos que tienen un Nuevo Santo San Nunzio Sulprizio . Felicidades! Mi bendicion.
