I used to spam the heck out of this back when I had pace. It's a pretty instinctive skill, which is why I think it's so effective.

It's called La Croqueta because it's a bait for defenders! You trick them to have the ball, and instead whoop it up and away from reach! As if you were about to feed them one croqueta, and instead, take it away from them and eat it yourself :D Same works in italy, where these kinds of stuff are called "caramellina" or "little candy"!

this is the most effective skill to use in games for me. once you practice it enough, you don't even have to think about executing it. when you see a defender sticking a leg in, your feet will automatically shift the ball and the next thing you know, you're striding past them.

If u do la croqueta multiple times in front of defender the defender will be confused which way will you go then pass the ball or dribble it right past the defender
