So much to like about this property. Beautiful painted tray ceilings, gorgeous floor tiles, wonderful arched windows. Love the staircase, the external detailing. Unique & seems a very reasonable price. Great job Marisa as usual. ❤️❤️

Absolutely stunning! So much of the true fashion of Tuscanny living Love the Marble. The stairs and sink and counter in kitchen. Love the amot of room and it is just plenty for any family and even if you should have a couple or parents staying if the smaller room was a bedroom downstairs near the bathroom. Beautiful area and when the pool is cleaned out and all filled with fresh water and done over in that way, it should be just lovely and ready to go. It will look lovely with grass put in too, Lots of room outside and inside. So nice their is plenty of water available. Not needing to worry about running out of any, at least. That means alot! Love the area of kitchen for washing machine and maybe a dryer, )Perhaps the kind with one on top f the tehr to save room if necessary? Keeping cleaning equipment in there for floors, as vaccum cldars etc maybe, Looks like enough room to get them back inside, toward the back of room, think it looked like a little area jutted in the back? A nice pantry or butlers pantry as well! Think it could all fit ? The rom tha I thought could be a bedroom for the guests, could instead be a playroom for the children even! Depends on the needs. So many options, and ways to decorate, Bringing back that true look of the time.

I just love the kitchen. the frescoes are beautiful. The facade really does tell a story. Amazing property and garden! If only those walls and ceilings could talk. Can you imagine? I have the exact same cementina tiles in our Puglian house that you showed in the first living area, very typical of the era.

May I give you some questions to be done (for the future): quality/renovation to be done?: electricity, heating/warm water (gas boiler/tank); cellar, roof; town water; sewerage; size of the swimming pool (tiled) ??? And please: tell about all at the end of the videos (including the price etc.) by yourself (so that interested people can see your happy, friendly face at the end of your tour too); and then show your e-mail at the end in the video (right side/below). 🤔 Maybe thinking about to live in Italy (Toscany/Umbria) next year ...
