You could just feel her honesty and a person to be trusted. I’m happy for you that you finally got to Italy, I’ve been to over 42 countries and I absolutely love Italy, and even if I cannot decide where to find or to buy a property, I will always travel and stay there as long as I can.I’d love to be able to go three months out of the year each year since I don’t think I qualify for a residency at this time I’m over here taking care of my 97 year old dad, so everything’s frozen in time in my life right now.

These are the ideal homes to show. Often I see these enormous and beautiful homes for hundreds of thousands of euro's and I always thought "what about a get away cute little home in a small and traditional village". I mean if the intent is to spend some time of the year in Italy, I think these homes are the best choices. Nice video and lovely ladies :)

Well Marsha is another inspirational woman! And where has she found the fountain of youth! Oh my gosh. I'm sure she will find her happiness, whether it is buying a property or just spending a lot of time there. What fun it is looking at properties and dreaming. I'm wondering if Tim and I drove through Crespina as we were just driving around exploring all the small Tuscan towns that we could. The name sounds familiar. Just last night I was going back and looking at all my photos from our trip and looking forward to the next time we can get back to Italy.

More about marketing and helping people to find their dream home for purchase. There are loads of properties for rental and you can find long term properties on most of the major real estate websites that I’ve mentioned on previous videos about house buying. Otherwise many Airbnb owners are happy to do reduced long term rentals during the quieter months if you wrote to them directly. I would definitely try that first! Great work Saint Marisa!! The €49k Crespina apartment seems great value but having spent months looking I doubt €60k will get a restored 2 bed stone property with beams etc in that part of Tuscany. I can see how she has fallen in love with Chianni given your therapeutic & beautifully crafted videos / welcoming style. I hope she is inspired to keep researching the dream, age is just a number and we only live once. ❤❤

It’s a wonderful feeling to help others achieve their dreams! 🥰 we will definitely find Marsha her little dream… I’m very confident and yes, it may need a little work but nothing major and will be worthwhile! The apartment in Crespina is €55K fully inclusive of furnishings so it’s great value. Marsha is coming bank next week to view a few more properties and get a better feel for things. 60K is a great budget but yes… you might need to compromise but sometimes some wonderful bargains arise and with a couple of great local tradesmen, your dreams can come true! This was an excellent episode. I have had dreams of Italy dancing in my head for years now. One thing that tries to stamp out those dreams is the thought “I am too old”. I turned 57 last month and was beginning to give up. I now have renewed hope. I guess maybe I am better off than some because I have the ability to pursue citizenship (through a 1948 case) and I am basically on my own. Thank you and Marsha both for sharing her journey.

Pisa is a 35 minute drive or it takes just over an hour via bus and train. Florence would be 90 minutes with bus and train and Lucca more because of connections. I've never been to Lucca as yet @@gigirocks9603
