My wife and I got the pleasure of catching these guys at 2017 global eclipse gathering in Oregon, by far the most magical time of my life. These guys are amazing live!!! We got to dance in the forest as they played in the middle of the venue.

Yo les descubri por la Banda Sonora de la serie Gentefied. Me gustó su estilo y di con este canal. Su sonido recuerda la Cumbia selvática de los Mirlos del Peru con sus gritos de animalitos y con el toque añadido del acordeón y los saxos estilo Ska. Me parece muy bien que la electro Cumbia evolucione en estos tiempos en que el Regaeton y el chumpa-chumpa de los Dj's intenta dominar y acabar con los verdaderos ritmos latinos. Pensemos que la, Electro Cumbia de los años 70 ya hacía fusión metiendo bajos eléctricos y hasta guitarras "surf". Esta música es la que puede hacer "espabilar" a la juventud actual y salirse del maldito mainstream. Un saludo desde Barcelona, España y mis respetos por su trabajo musical.

This is from their self titled, which is a kick ass record. It's a couple years old but I just heard it -- and I've not listened to anything else for a month. Some records do that...Funhouse, Piper at the Gates, Black Light...and La Misa Negra.
