It was nice weather in La Palma Princess mate. We went in March we needed sun cream and we got a tan. Typical canaries weather ☀️

Members of staff I met that made our holiday better (not included in video) ❤ Lobby Bar- Santi & the lad from Lanzarote I met in the gym. Buffet Restaurant- Adrian & the male greeter who gave my sons high fives when seating them. All maids in block 6, especially "Suey" and the maid cleaning Room 6002 (I think) my son hugged here, she was lovely, warm, super friendly. 😬 Receptionist who I felt was not very nice to talk to about the iron was Anatonia. (Maybe just a bad day) Example of kids club - Both my boys went, I sat by the door. 2 members of staff inside, no other kids, non of the 2 members of staff even spoke to them in 43 minutes of being there in the little hut. At times when effort was made like the cake making it was good and when Irene was there, it was great. On holiday kids club can make a huge difference to families (giving parents a little rest bite) like at TUI Blue (Link below) but here there was no support or rest bite. I feel this is an area where if they focused on could really make a huge difference to the hotel, make it more family friendly, and make people feel comfortable leaving their kids there, as they didnt hence it was empty. I don’t think the couch’s go that far at la palma princess hotel 😂😂😂 I joke mate, it’s funny how one typo can make all the difference. I think you mean coach and if so they drop you right outside mate, reception is on same level and I would 100 get help from the hotel getting to your room mate, as it isn’t easy. It’s a great hotel tbh and we may go back in future

Great video this and the overview one. Self service soft drinks is a good bonus but disappointed to hear how many cocktails are on offer, place we were last year had 6 so generally enough for everyone. Whats the spirits selection like, is it all unbranded/local stuff or are there any basic brands used like Smirnoff or Gordons? Is there any transport to a nearby larger beach such as Playa de Puerto Naos?

Worst food we ever had always cold and un-eatable. Lived on cold chips because we weren't touch cold meats and rices. Roomz smelt foisty and the staff didn't even know you existed. Spoilt our hiking holiday to La Palma... Great pizza place at the very top of the hill if you can drive. Hotel is very clean but food is wrank. No fresh water other than in reception miles away.

@koifishjohnny not a dig at you mate just an honest point about the hotel. There were even worse points but what ruined it for us was not being able to eat well in the eveningwhen we were hiking all day. A shame as the complex was fine.
