The kids “want” to push their cases making entering and exiting the airport easier, maybe a bit slower but definitely easier 🙏 We customized Ours with name stickers. They stack inside each other making storage on holiday and also in the loft easier. Seem to be hard wearing 3 years in zero issue. Small one is small enough to go on some airlines as hand luggage. Great review, we watched this before going last week. One update though. The check in process has improved! we pre-checked in before arriving with all the passport info etc. Because of this it took less than 5mins!

The start of this review has really helped me decide not to go already haha.. I am used to arriving at a hotel, they send you for food and then check you in..so much more of a smoother process! But most of all, the service is more important to me than the hotel itself..We travel to Egypt a lot & the service is one of the things i will rate to a high standard, the energy never dies down from any of the staff, helping is never too much bother & they're never without a smile! The drinks situation also sounds dreadful. Thank you for this review. it really was very informative! :)

Hey Mummy Gainz, Thank you. Yeah the check in was honestly the worst I have ever had in my life, especially travelling with 2 kids down whindy roads that made them feel a bit sick. La Palma is honestly stunning though, the hotel could be amazing but just misses those little bits and cocktails. Thanks again 🤗

What are your opinions on the self serve drinks mate? Thinking about booking here for next summer, but im reading some horror stories and a common theme im finding is how every drink, from juices, to fizz to the beer and spirits are watered down to the point some pay more for a premium package. Is this sonething you saw or experienced?

When we arrived the check-in was really long too but they had a fruit and drinks table which was nice.

Members of staff I met that made our holiday better (not included in video) ❤ Lobby Bar- Santi & the lad from Lanzarote I met in the gym. Buffet Restaurant- Adrian & the male greeter who gave my sons high fives when seating them. All maids in block 6, especially "Suey" and the maid cleaning Room 6002 (I think) my son hugged here, she was lovely, warm, super friendly. 😬 Receptionist who I felt was not very nice to talk to about the iron was Anatonia. (Maybe just a bad day) Example of kids club - Both my boys went, I sat by the door. 2 members of staff inside, no other kids, non of the 2 members of staff even spoke to them in 43 minutes of being there in the little hut. At times when effort was made like the cake making it was good and when Irene was there, it was great. On holiday kids club can make a huge difference to families (giving parents a little rest bite) like at TUI Blue (Link below) but here there was no support or rest bite. I feel this is an area where if they focused on could really make a huge difference to the hotel, make it more family friendly, and make people feel comfortable leaving their kids there, as they didnt hence it was empty. 8:19 Not strange at all I think. Coca Cola does not belong in a breakfast setting. I don't think a majority of the parents would be too happy having to argue with their kids about that topic every single day either.

Fair point but I personally love a Coke in the morning when I’m away. And as a parent I’m blessed with the ability to say No. Fair points though but I still think it should be an option. 🙏

Call me old fashioned but for good reason. No kids should be drinking coke before 11 nor after I’m sure any dentist would be horrified. All I remember about coke was in primary school we put our teeth that had fallen out in different drinks and 24hr after the one in coke had started to breakdown, after a week it had dissolved completely.

Hablo un poco en Espanyol (think thats how you spell it 🤣 I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MEXICO. We got engaged at the RUI Vallarta on the beach. Hope you have some more great holidays
