This music really suits Signora because it fits the theory of her being the Crimson Witch of Flames where she blamed Venti's absence for the death of a close person in her life which led her to nearly engulf her body in flames caused by her research into liquid fire until the Tsaritsa gave her a Cryo delusion to quell the flames after she understood her situation and that's why Signora treated Venti crueller than she did with Zhongli calling him the "Absent Archon".

I like the 1st part better for whatever reason. It starts whimsical, with a dash of mischief, then the Snezhnayan military orchestra kicks in with the strings, piano and marching drums and the scene becomes very cinematic and grand. As the theme goes on, it gets more rapid/strong, and Signora's voicelines of her gradually becoming crazier(? i dont know the right word) I want to believe she's still alive. La signora theory: Signora is actually the witch mentioned in the “Crimson Witch of The Flames” artifact set. In the pale flame set, it refers to a lady dressed in white (signora?) being covered in flames, and according to the leaks signora will use pyro. The crimson witch artifacts talk about the witch wanting to burn away all the demons in the world, these “demons” could be the abyss order. Further on in the pale flame set, it states that the person (signora?) shares the same goals as the tsaritsa, who as far as we know wants to take down the gods and the abyss.

The only word I can hear is “Luce” than can be translated like “light” from Italian, and “La Signora” can be translated like “The Lady”. I can tell you only this because I can’t hear other words. I don’t know if this can be helpful maybe not XD
