Wow what rock were you under, lol? Her song L.A. song got to No.1 in 1999/2000 here in New Zealand, Beth's voice was all over the radio everywhere as far as I knew. We've loved Beth for over 2 decades Down-Under.

She is an incredible talent. Her work with Joe Bonamassa is some of the best blues and blues rock around. I’m always on the hunt for tix, new material, old material I overlooked. I know, I sound like a stalker but I’ve played guitar, mostly rock and blues, for the past 50 years. There are some artists you just want to make sure you have the entire catalog on. She’s one for me.

Whenever I hear Beth's story, it brings tears to my eyes. Her music is the very embodiment of the blues, because she's lived it. It is so meaningful. It is so true. It is so pure. @cuppateadee I'm so glad that people like you understand that Beth isn't just an entertainer. You've said it so well. Some people don't care about her problems or what inspires her. They just like her music and want to be entertained without any real connection to humanity. If you do not understand and embrace her problems, then you can never really appreciate her music and transcend every day experience. She is one of my all time favorite musical artists across many genres and a rare, beautiful person.

So many creative minds are plauged with mental issues and addictions of some kind, I don't think it's a coincidence that people with a high level of creativity seem to suffer the most when life is handing out its harsh lessons. But coming from a singer/songwriter, guitar player/composer who also suffers from addiction (alcohol, heroin), my opinion may be a little bias? Maybe if the world understood the creative mind better, we wouldn't be so messed up? Music, art, and creativity seem to be great therapy for those looking for something to ease their troubled mind, it's an odd coincidence that the people creating this tool (music, melodies, lyrics, and song) we use for therapy, has the very same need to feel better, but than have a hard time healing themselves. The creative mind, a blessing and a curse all wrapped up in one.

Such a talent. I saw Beth a little over 5 years ago when she had started drinking again. It was my first (and only) time seeing her and it was a very bittersweet concert. She was amazing but I felt sad for what she was going thru and I cried along with her. I'm glad she's doing so much better.

I first "stumbled onto" Beth's music when I was listening to a blues station on my Echo while working around my house. The song was I'd Rather Go Blind with Joe Bonamassa. I had to ask Alexa who she was and quickly asked Alexa to start playing Beth Hart songs. Man, oh man!! I haven't been the same since! Even now, when I'm driving somewhere (which is daily) and I'm listening to songs on my phone through the car stereo (gotta love Bluetooth!), I will never pass up listening to her no matter what mood I'm in!!

Loved this! You really reach inside us all and connect. Man, I love that more than anything! I got my tickets for your show in Indy this spring. I've been lucky enough to see you a few times in different places and each time I've made myself a promise to NEVER let you be performing within a 4 hour drive and not go see you. I was a bit bummed. I work at Sweetwater and your name was on one of the boards in an office to come for a visit. Oh, girl, this made my DAY. But, it was erased a few weeks later. :( I really hope you come and play in the pavilion or the new theater. I'd buy 20 tickets and pass them out to people.

I know what addiction can do to a person...it almost destroyed me....I was addicted to morphine for a decade...I was a veteran with a bad back...they put me on Vicodin and morphine...I almost lost everything...my job...my family and ultimately my life...took me three times to get sober and stay sober...been sober now for over a decade.....what they don't tell you in rehab is that in reality addiction is one of the best ways that the devil...yes the devil...tools he uses to destroy people....I am also a musician... started singing and playing the guitar at 11 year's old.... It seems to be a common theme amoung folks that are artistically inclined...so many have sucummed to addiction and unfortunately so many have lost their battle with addiction...I'm so happy for Beth that she has kicked the devil out of her life....God bless you Beth...you truly are one in a million....💘💘💘
