부럽다는 표햔할때 i wish 다음에 과거형동사를 쓰는 이유가 뭔가요?

if에 과거형 쓰시는거랑 like 하다고 think 하시면 되요!

시제를 과거형 동사로 사용함으로써 그 일이 일어날 확률을 낮추는 겁니다. 흔히 can you / will you 구문보다 could you / would you로 상대방에게 부탁을 할 때 더 공손하다고 배운 이유는 상대방이 그 부탁을 거절할 수도 있는 확률을 과거형이 포함하기 때문이기도 하고요. 같은 맥락인 것 같습니다. 실제로 그런 형/누나가 없는 상태이니 과거형으로 쓴다고 저는 이해하고 있습니다!
