Thank you for presenting this recipe. I have never had this cheese cake at the restaurant but want to make it. Without vanilla and many eggs does it have an undertone of eggy flavor? or do you just taste the creamy fresh cheese flavor? thanks!

it doesn't have any eggy flavor as long as you use organic free range eggs. The secret is having a good quality ingredients! it taste like nothing I had before so good!

6 egg does not smell at all, original recipe uses 7 eggs. I definitely use vanilla
