I lost my home in the 2020 CZU fire. It was so fast moving in all my years living there had never seen that kind of firestorm. Our insurance even after 37 years wouldn't cover the rebuild cost. And insurance in California is getting harder to find. If you own a multimillion dollar home, why don’t they ensure they have state of the art sprinkler systems installed to protect their homes, especially knowing that fires occur there all the time, and the threat of a wildfire to this magnitude was a real possibility. We have devastating fires, every summer in Australia, and the homes that are in high risk areas, and that can afford it, have systems built into their roofs to protect the homes, and they do a great job. I don’t understand why millionaires don’t have these installed 🤷‍♀️ You can even get ones that spray the entire outside of the homes in fire retardant foams, and they automatically trigger when a fire comes through, so after you evacuate, they go off if the fire does get to your house.

It wasn’t the fishes fault there was no water in the fire hydrants. There was water available, they just didn’t fill them. This is government mismanagement plane and simple. Don’t let them use a fish as an out for their failures.
