Thanks for the intro to LaboCosmetica. I literally just heard about this product last week here in California and have decided to give it a try. Your demo was excellent.

Using the fallout remover on a wet wheel further dilutes the product that you have already diluted. On the Cronos, it is designed to remove the carbon deposits. The deposits on the inside of that exhaust is oxidation which cronos wont remove. Nice result on the car, plenty of hard work gone into that. Hope she sold for a good price :D

Thanks for taking the time to Reply Larry, much appreciated. I have heard people in the past saying that it is a waste of money putting fallout removers on dry dirty wheels as does not get right down to the actual fallout. Ideal then seems to be to have dry surface to work with, so should you start thinking about possible 1:2 ratio? Or more time to be spent on drying wheels, and body work for all purposes, in order to get best result from any fallout removers? Possible good idea for manufacturers to come up with ratios to be applied to wet surfaces, or to accommodate those variables?! Cronos I couldn't figure out what the issue was, I'm still going to try on more cars to rule out but your theory sounds correct, I just want to see it working in action, I think I may have been expecting more on my car!

@@GoodLuggageAutomotiveDetailing Yeah, I have often heard the same arguement regarding applying cleaner to a wet car. My own experience is that the cleaner has a much better chance to get to the dirt by dwelling on dirt than it does by applying to a wet wheel. By applying the cleaner to a wet wheel, most of it will simply run straight off the wheel and onto the ground, and its too expensive to be just washing it down the drain. This is from my own experience of using both iron removal products and general wheel cleaners. The same also goes for snow foam and other pre washes. Applying to a wet car, especially vertical surfaces is a waste of good products in most cases imho

You should try there finishing with there other compounds. I would never of took it as a single stage polish though as its not advertised as being.. Compared to other finishing compounds it's miles ahead. If you use there polishing system you can do heavy cutting and can go straight to there finishing compounds afterwards. If your getting dusting also with there fiero try using less as you can do as much cutting as other compounds but with less product. It's basically just a case of getting used to how a new product works in time.

Great comment and advice Adrian thank you, I think what got me was the synthesised abrasives bit so thought at the time it would have done more, but it's my own research and now I know more. I think I am definately going to try their polish range for something else to give it a good go. To be honest, I was extremely impressed with the oxidation removal it did either way on the bonnet, it still brought back a great amount of gloss, just now understand that there is a better product out there for what I was after on this. Either way, it was still very impressive from the little bit I did, but definately a finishing polish at that 👍
