sir incase of any accidental incident happened during the operation of factory . Who will be responsible for providing compensation to labour , labour supply ageny or main employer?

Labour Supplier will be held responsible in your case. However, if main employer has shared risk mentioning in Labour Supply Agreement then it will be according to Labour Supply Agreement terms. Further when it is the case that Main employer did not hire staff from a license holder labour supplier then, main employer shall be held liable whatever in the agreement.
