Labor and Delivery Birth Vlog - We're so excited to welcome our baby girl, Jean Grey into the world She came early at 39 weeks on November 5, 2023 and we couldn't be more in love! I feel so grateful that we had a positive birth and labor experience again. The mindset I had going into labor for the second time was to continue having a positive mindset, good energy flow and ultimately being comfortable with the uncomfortable. I ended up having an unmedicated birth without an epidural and the whole entire process went by so fast from the moment I checked into the hospital to me giving birth. It was such an empowering experience and I can't thank you all enough for your positivity and support during this pregnancy! We're so excited to start this next season of life as a family of 4 🥰

This is the first video I’ve seen of yours…10 min in and I’m subscribed!! Your energy is radiant, and I finally found a birth vlog I can relate to. I went into the hospital with my first at 6cm and the nurses were absolutely shocked since I was still smiling, joking and acting normally. I didn’t have an epidural even though the doctor was sure I would want one lol *nothing against having an epidural…I just didn’t feel the need to have one* Thank you for sharing your story, and I can’t wait to go back and watch the videos of your pregnancy!!
