I feel like your doula was not paying attention to the timing of your contractions unless it was the plan to just make it to the birth center fully dilated/ready to push 😅 Also I hate that no one was giving you guidance or encouraging you through the pushing. Praise God all went well and baby and mom are great! You did amazing!!

Did you have any period cramp before you lost your water i am 38.2 days i had cramps like pains less and more since 36 and still going 😢

I had cramps that felt like period cramps for a few days before I went into labor, yes! I hear it's your body's way of getting ready for labor!
