Contribution means sum of money which is payable to whom cooperation by employer in respect of employees. Current Employer contribution esic is 3.25% and employees contribution is 0.75% in Esic Fund. If Any employees salary upto 21000 he or she will be eligible for this. there are many benefits which are provided by esic.
