सर मैं पहले अलाँकित असाइनमेंट, दिल्ली के द्वारा, आयकर दिल्ली में कार्यरत था। 12 साल से मेंरा एक ही ESI नंबर चला आ रहा है। मैने 2015 में क्लेम लिया था, आराम से मिल गया था। कोई रिश्वत का तो कोई कुछ भी नहीं था। अब समस्या ये आ गयी है कि 46 साल उम्र हो चुकी है, बुलंदशहर से दिल्ली जाना मुश्किल हो रहा था 3 दुर्घटना भी हुई, तो मैंने यहीं बुलंदशहर A S ENTERPRISES, GHAZIABAD के द्वरा जॉइन किया आयकर में। मैने कार्ड बनवा रखा है पर फिर भी डिस्पेन्सरी में TIC मांगते हैं। अब ये 2020 से लगातार कहने के बाद भी TIC दे नहीं रहा, ज्यादा दवाब बना तो इसने नया खोल कर दे दिया मार्च 2021 में। अब नया खुल गया तो क्लेम कैसे करूँ? 10 दिन से टायफाइड हुआ है, घर पर हु, और अब कोविड भी हुआ है तो 14 दिन ओर रहना पड़ेगा। पूरी सेलरी काट ली गई तो मैं खाउंगा क्या? कृपया मदद करे।

Hi, Can u guide us how does we can get benefits of below paragraph during lockdown period? The employees Insured under ESI who are not able to attend the workplace should be treated as sick as they are not able to attend the workplace due to order from the GOI to protect the health of these Insured Persons. Hence, ESIC should extend the benefit of Sickness i.e. 70% of the average daily wages for the insured person for the Lockdown Period.

मैंने esic से रेफरल लेकर घुटने का आपरेशन करवाया, लेकिन हॉस्पिटल से छुट्टी मिलने पर वापस esic डिस्पेंडरी नही गया और घर आ गया। 15 दिन बाद वापस डॉक्टर के पास टांके खुलवाने गया तो डॉक्टर ने 3 महीने का बेड रेस्ट लिखा, लेकिन esic डिस्पेंसरी से सिकमेन्ट के लिए ये कहकर मना कर दिया की आप हॉस्पिटल से डिस्चार्ज होते ही esic क्लिनिक आते तो बेनिफिट मिलता, अब आप लाते हो इसलिए आपकी छुट्टी पास नहीं होगी। मुझे क्या करना है। 18/06/2020 से 17/09/2020 तक छुट्टी चाहिए। कृपया जल्दी जवाब दें।

सर जी मेरा पैर में avn हुआ था जिसका मैने 24/01/2023 को esic के द्वारा ऑपरेशन करवा या था, उसके बाद 08/04/23 को फिटनेस ले कर अपने काम चालू कर दिया, लेकिन दुर्फाग्य से 18/05/23 को मुझे एक बैल ने मार दिया, जिस वजह से मेरे ऑपरेशन वाले जगह में दर्द बड़ गया जिसका 28/05/2023 को esic से मेरा छत्तीसगढ़ रायपुर मित्तल हॉस्पिटल में मेरे पैर का हिप रिप्लेसमेंट हुआ तब से मै बेड रेस्ट था, तब से 18/052023 से 25/07/2023 तक अभी तक ESIC से एक रुपिया भी नहीं आया, सर जी राज्य के मेन ऑफिस में जा कर बोलने पर बोलते हैं कि अब एक रूपये भी नहीं मिलेगा, सर जी प्लीज मेरा हेल्प किजिए 18/05/23 से अभी तक मुझे एक रुपिया भी नहीं मिला है, मैं अभी भी बेड रेस्ट मे हूं,,

मुझे 124 दिन का पैसा मिल चुका है सर मैं ईएसआई पैनल से हूं 10 साल करीब जॉब करते हो गए लंबे समय से बीमार था ऑपरेशन कराया था में इंफेक्शन हो गया था कई बार 1 साल में तीन बार ऑपरेशन करा चुका हूं इंफेक्शन की वजह से छुट्टी ज्यादा चल रहा था 124 दिन के बाद 52 दिन का पैसा पास हुआ है उसके बाद करीब करीब ढाई महीने का पैसा और रह गया 70 दिन का पैसा और बचा है सर जो अभी पास नहीं हो रहा है इसकी प्रक्रिया बताएं कैसा होगा सर यह बताएं किस तरह मिलेगा छुट्टियों
