I think it's not maximum 7K. It should be , case 1 - minimum 7K or minimum wages whichever is higher and case 2- if minimum wages is lower than basic+DA then bonus wl be on MW. (As per bonus act,as per my opinion)

The information on bonus is very useful. We have paid this year 20% bonus to our workers. Also I look forward to your presentation on IR Code bill 2020 with rules especially on the trade union and other aspects with regard to outside leaders and their role.

@labour Law Advisor One labor law consultant told me that Bonus should be paid at Gross salary now. You have mentioned Bonus calculation at "Basic+DA" = Gross. So what should I understand that in your example, gross salary is divided in only two heads? i.e. "Basic + DA"; that means his/her gross salary is 7000 & if there was other heads those also would be included or what? Please clarify.

EPFO announced on dated 29-05-2018 that Rate of Administration Charges (0.65%) will be reduce to 0.50% w.e.f. 1st June 2018. In which subject to minimum sum of seventy-five rupees per month for every non-functional establishment having no contributory member and five hundred rupees per month establishment for other establishments. Ref: MoL&E Notification No. S.O. 2011 (E) dated 21st May, 2018.

sir agar march april tak bonus deduct hotha raha salary se. aur employee ne dusre jagah job switch kar liya. fir wo past me 4 5 months jo bonus deduct hua hai ussko milna chahiye ke nahi. can we take a legal action

Mere company me 20 se Kam employee hai employer pays bonus to all whose salary is above 21000 or less.company is always in profit and and company' is 15 years old.please tell me if a employee is terminated before a month of Diwali then is he eligible for bonus in his full and final settlement.If company does not pay bonus only that terminated employee then he can claim it to labour commissioner?Though the employer pays bonus for the last 10 years.

The actual date to make the bonus payment is not October but 30th November. (i.e. 8 months from the end of the financial year)

For the first 5 years, organizations need not pay bonus if they have made losses. If they have made profits in any year in the first 5-year period, they will have to pay out bonus for that particular year. After the completion of 5 years, organizations are required to pay bonus as per Sec 16-1b, irrespective of whether they are making a profit or loss. Refer to section 16-1b for detailed clarifications on the calculation of bonus in the 6th accounting year and the 10th accounting year. What's your say???

Hello sir.mai Delhi metro mei contract basis par tha.maine 3.5 year job ki.or abhi June mei mera tender khatam ho gaya to mujhe 200 employees kai saath nikal diya.but company abhi b ussi naam se kaam kar rahi hai or usne sabhi ko bonus de diya hai kl.but Hume ni Mila jinko unhoone June mei nikal diya.kya hum bonus kai liye eligible hai?
