@@AbsalomsAxe I cannot deny Buckethead has super powers, but I feel it is more about the flow of the music regardless of speed. "Datura" from "Electric Tears" is one in particular that sticks with me. (or most songs from that album really) Hearing you play this composition gave me the same kind of feeling and flow. I feel part of it could be that the song itself has a pattern and is consistent, but then you have the free-form feeling moments to make this cohesive "planned free-form" flow in the music. It's weird. It's like even though I know the song when relistening, the "planned free-form" flow still gets me. Maybe because my mind expects one pattern or a certain pattern to continue, but then it goes in another direction while still having underlying parts of the original pattern. I am just rambling at this point though so I digress. Thanks again for uploading! I will check around your profile for more and other music delivery methods if you may have them :)

@@AbsalomsAxe hrm I wrote a chunk but not sure what happened to it so I’ll try to summarize better in this repost lol. I never really sat down to think about it but I feel like you are on the money with the improvisation. As I do generally gravitate towards “live” and “demo” albums/versions, and street performances. And those in nature are a bit more “improv” or at the very least “Raw” and artists tend to “go with the flow” rather than making that 100% perfect repeat of what is on the music sheet/what you hear on the studio album. Requiem for a dream is one of my favorite movies and soundtracks (super sad, but that’s what makes it good I feel), and listening now that you call it out I can hear it. I feel like the chorus part of loop blues matches up with the violin that comes in and carries/leads the song around half way in for Lux. That makes me wonder what a classical version of Loop Blues with a violin focus would sound like now lol. (after re-checking after making this reply again I don’t see this one appearing either... So maybe I did post the original... haha.. I’ll just give it some time for youtube to figure it out and delete all but one if they appear)
