I am a self-identified Ibanez fanboy and I find your videos absolutely great! I'm really looking forward to another Ibanez tremolo video, especially on the ZPS

Thanks! I slowly work towards this. I do need to work on better balance with work to have more predictable posting schedule here.

Welcome back! Those knobs are just wrong !!!

Totally forgot to mention them in the video. Suregrips look great on vintage Artists, I don't like them on RGs. But man, they're comfy :D

I didn't even know these came in red finish - all CSD guitars I've ever seen were matte black. Thanks for showing!

Glad I could show you something new! Thanks for stopping by and commenting!

@@Ibbyhead Let's hope your video helps to avoid misinterpretation of the CSD label. After all it was just a "marketing gag" for Fujigen production guitars to allow for a deviation from the standard RG lineup and specs.

I know this is not related to the video but I got a 2002 jem 333, and I'd love to put some new hardware on it, but I somehow can't really find anything that would be a "drop in" fits for it
@Ibbyhead2 жыл бұрын
Hi, 2002 model most likely had an ILT-1 bridge - not the greatest piece of hardware indeed. Apparently the Schaller and Gotoh floyds fit that guitar. Everything is an easy swap and most stuff would fit (i.e. pickups, tuners, knobs etc.)

@@Ibbyhead I see, I think I might go for the Lo-Pro Edge since it might be easier to change to 430mmR to fit the fretboard

Looks to me like a more affordable RG 3120. I would much rather have my 3120 but this would have been a great option for those that could not get a 3120.
@Ibbyhead10 ай бұрын
There are some similarities. The biggest difference is probably the baritone scale. Everything else is more or less modifiable. I'd rather have 3120 too, tbh :)
