First I got really sick, then I had to play in a tournament, than R6 SI happened, so I had to watch that and than some more life things happened and now here we are. For Trophy Hunters Make a save before Final Boss On Legend Playthrough, You can use this save to change the difficulty to hard and get that final trophy. although everything else auto-pop os4-ps5 , this Hard difficulty trophy will not, so don't overwrite that save slot if you still need.

I love how they show Kiryu's depression, the first Date cutscene before unlocking special memoirs really shows how he has regrets but tries to hide it, just near the end of Date's memories you seem to get some hope, but then the daidoji happens, but at the end of the game he finally gets a good ending unlike Gaiden. I think this is a game you should play 1,0,7,2,Gaiden before this one. Also, I like how Kiryu spends more time for himself cuz he was gonna die, well until the end where we find out there is a way to recover his cancer and he tries to recover. This was more of a Kiryu game than Kasuga game.

I think they wanted to trick you, kinda like with MGS2. You load it up thinking that you are gonna get wacky Ichiban adventures and instead get hit with a deep dive into Kiryu's ocean of depression

In the end, he shows regrets, but I don’t think he’s coming back, I think at least, they don’t really make it clear if he can recover from cancer He may have gotten his name back, but at this point he might as well be running on fumes

As for Sujimons difficulty, there are some op sujis even without dlc that can almost one shot whole enemy team at 50+ lvl, so it was quite easy, yeah.

The only characters I didn’t like was Dwight and chitose (not the muscle woman who’s father saved my ass more than I can count) If Dwight stayed at the beginning rather than try to show up again in the end, his impact would have had more staying power, or have Bryce kill him to demonstrate his reach on Honolulu And chitose… cmon kasuga I get you are forgiving, but this woman did all that shit to you, she should have gotten the cold shoulder until she finally proved to have regret in what she did

Tbh I didn't like this one as much as the previous two... I loved the Kiryu memory lane but I think it kinda stood in the way and the story feels a bit lacking on Kasuga's side, like it's literally looking for someone, getting some clues, and then not finding them 80% of the main quest lol. Bond system is also a bit much imo, I kinda wish they just ditch the drink part. The bingo dialogues are pretty fun and good enough on their own. I do think it's a very ambitious attempt though and all those mini games and side quests are quite enjoyable after finishing main story. Hopefully now that Kiryu storyline is basically finished they can focus more on Kasuga and continue the great saga.

personal favorite jobs for me, since i ahve a mage bias, is housekeeper host idol and sujimancer. housekeepers scum scrapper and bubble bale are just so good tho desperado was also alright even tho i mostly used samurais burning arrow skill during the playthrough because good damage is good damage

regarding sujimon difficulty for the story part i didnt have kiwamis yet but i had some gold rank sujimon which were pretty neat. i didnt have a hard time with beating it then after the main story i released the lock and used dlc to nuke the stadium. tho kiwmmis and sodachi will make it just as easy

I just think the main story felt like the visualization of writers trying to play hot potato, it seemed like they were terrified of writing anything involving kiryu, and when they were expected to they did as little as was required of them before putting the responsibity to someone else. They simultaneously wanted kiryu to need an end but at the same time did as little as possible to actually make it happen, making his side be extremely disappointing. Unless they're going to make a game in the future with daigo, majima, saejima, akiyama and other old beloved yakuza characters, i think they did the worst story possible. Even with ichiban they wanted him to reunite with his mom but then they do and it's just like "sup mom k bye lol" and then nothing. It was like she was more of a plot device to get them to hawaii than anything else, and that just sucks since they hyped it up so hard.

I see your point and I disagree. Kiryu's ending felt really open and I enjoy seeing that. The shot of him being in that wheelchair was everything that needed to be said, he is in deep shit, but at least he got his name and family back, which is worth the price of him being a dried up raisin of a person. And what's wrong with Ichi's mom? What did you expect would happen? They did not see each other since basically his birth, they are complete strangers with different lifes, there was not much interaction to be had there at all, it's just something on Ichi's bucket list, to see his mom.

You a little real saying ds2 ng+ is better, because it went through the effort of changing things up unlike any other souls game However you forget dmc games, you could make the argument that they are just difficulties, but I'd say it's in the spirit of new game + with the way you have to unlock them

0:21 Sujimancer actually does damage the problem is that you need to equip your sujimon in the gear menu and if your sujimon suck so does the job you can save scum to get the kiwamis and with them sujimancer is as good as the other jobs if not better. not better by much cause rgg knows what job balancing is this time but still

Nah, I had 50 level Kiwamis on every slot, it still does the same (if not less) damage than physical skills, plus it removes your ability to attack normally, since that does NEGATIVE damage. Also, magic in general is bad in this game, because there are way too few magic buffs and debuffs in the game (the only is geodancer and host I think) and doing them is a waste, since the rest of your team probably does not use magic

@@magicschoolbass might be. i run a magic squad in ng+ legend rn and do fine. it just really sucks how other then sonhee the women cant get a lightning magic attack AT ALL because whoever set the job skills really messed up on that one. and you are right sujimancer basic attack is no damage because unlike EVERY OTHER MAGIC JOB you cant put the brand on sujimancer that makes your basic attack magical or the one that gives you good mp regen, so you are reliant on accessories

@@magicschoolbass the big thing isnt that hes underleveled, but that he doesnt level sync to your party and by then you probably are overleveled aside of that tho this game heavily, HEAVILY emphasises going into different jobs to get the skills you want to make your ultimate job. joongi joins in the 2nd to last chapter AND DOESNT HAVE SHIT OUTSIDE HIS MAIN JOB so its not even worth in that front since your main squad has the stuff already. best you can do without grinding is set him to aquanaut and wait for him to become a healing battery
