I’ve only played assassins creed one, but I didn’t get far cause I found the game so boring. When the next assassins creeds came out I stubbornly refused to play them because of my experience with assassins creed 1. Are any of them better than assassins creed 1? I honestly don’t understand how anyone has the patience of playing through AC1. It was extremely boring to the extent that I used to look forward to doing my homework while playing the game.

after a few thousand hours of this game, i really dont care about the issues anymore, i just play it because its fun lol. As much as i wish they would fix half the things in this game, i just accept them, vermintide 2 was a much better game tho and still worth. Dark and verm better then back 4 blood or left 4 ded. Tried AC4 for the first time and I genuinely don't know why people love it. Pirates cool, yeah. The rest of the game??? Tail, eavesdrop and sail. It is so incredibly restricting and if you don't play the game the way they designed it, you don't progress. Tim Cain said it best, if you have to force the player to play a way, it might as well be a movie.

The major problem i have with Ezio is that he is way too much into women even at his old age. Give me a charcter who is focused and dont want to jump into everyone v****. Thats why i like Connor way more as a character.

Only reason I use the Jav is because on handmaiden all the bows have a clipping issue only visible to other people with one of her gauntlets flipping when using the bow, it’s a small thing to notice but with the Jav she doesn’t do that and since no handmaiden skin has a quiver I use the javs since they have an a recall mechanic

I already grinded enough exp so much for Kiryu back in Hawaii. Since Yokohama dungeon will not be available before beating Amon, I'm suggesting to farm stats through Hollow Follower + Munanugget Messiah that spawn around Hamakita Park. Try to aim for at least level 30 on each job. It's much easier if you have the right exp item for each job. Extra points for 100 bond friendship to unlock heat moves slot that can be use from different jobs. During Amon boss fight, focus defense debuff using Nanba skill Malodorous Stench, while buff removal using housekeeper Essence of Suction Spiral. Healing skills like Mask of Fertility saves me quite a lot. Uses Heat Drum frequently to lower the risk of getting one shot by Amon. Other is up to you if you want to focus on buffing Kiryu using War Cry. Maxing Kiryu's stats early was also reccomended. It takes a lot of time on the grinding, but it really works out well for me. Hopes it works well with you guys.

I miss the days of Warrior Within and Two Thrones where you were free to hack, slash and kick ass in any way they pleased without being limited by bring forced to limp along with a phoned in fighting system. (Yeah, I said it. The combat system is boring and requires no real effort on the players part)

The optimization on this game was so bad I couldn't even play it for the first year.

you can push berserkers if you got a shit load of stagger strength, also shield and skull splitter is good if you us it like iron breaker shield and hammer.

One thing that I think you could've touched a bit more on was how incredibly incompetent the Assassins are as a faction. They spend 25 years hunting after one guy, and they are given multiple chances to assassinate him, but they don't. This is well after it is established that Rodrigo is the one calling the shots for the Templars (which your are explicitly told, and not something you figure out over the course of the plot), and as such the one responsible for your family's deaths. They just let him get away so many times and they basically just let him become Pope. Likewise, Ezio just lets the Templars assassinate the Doge of Venice (not the Templar one), never assassinating the guy assigned to poison him or the one supplying the poison, even when both are right there in front of him. The Assassins just let Savonarola (the mad monk who took over Florence) rise to power in the EIGHT YEARS after he took the Apple. It's not as bad in Brotherhood, but there are still plenty of instances where this occurs. For example, in one mission, you have to go to a party where both Rodrigo and Cesare are present, and go into a building together to argue about stuff, but Ezio instead opts to assassinate their goon rather than the head honchos themselves. Furthermore, after you get the Apple, you run into Cesare in multiple missions, but Ezio never gets the idea that maybe he should take out Cesare then and there. The Assassins are also absolutely terrible at keeping a low profile. Their hideouts are adorned with their banners, flags, and other symbols of their presence, and yet you are frequently told that the Assassins are all about being under the radar and such. There are also barely any missions where you can stealthily get into your target's base and sneak out without being noticed, although it's more a testament to Assassin's Creed's terrible stealth mechanics (or lack thereof). Honestly, it's no wonder that the Assassins keep getting their asses handed to them while the Templars keep getting more powerful in these games when they're as grossly incompetent and badly run as they are.

Fun fact, DmC: Devil May Cry actually stands for Drastic Major Changes: Devil May Cry. Changes that make the veteran fans avoid trying this game, let alone try it, then uninstall it.

It’s funny if Vergil was able to make this super powerful shield around him using the Yamato how the freak he keeps losing to Dante. In dmc 5 it’s so powerful that 99 percent of players honestly thought he was unbeatable in the prologue. Because it takes a lot to break it. Then if you do manage to break it he can recharge it in a few seconds lol
