Just few Qs if you can let me know brother : 1. Any issues you faced with z900 ? With terrain or ride etc, is it capable enough for the tour you are doing ? In zozilla pass video, lots of slush and bad slippery roads, any heat issues ? 2. Any difference between.normal.and 95 ron petrol you noticed or we can live with normal petrol for all our daily and touring needs ? 3. I am so planing to buy this bike but had trust issues about this bike for long tours which I thorougly enjoy on my 200cc duke. Would you suggest it for touring also on any terrain ? Mickey Verma No heat issues during the cold weather slow speeds. Maybe during hot weather slow speeds. It’s got good low end torque for terrains which makes it very capable. It’s trust worthy and is made like a gun. Definitely strong and a good choice for touring. You can easily do a 1000 km ride on a ride with this super smooth machine.

@@Vinoironman thanks for all the answers, without octane boosters have you ever ridden ? I mean how it rides with normal 91 or extra premium types if you have have ever ridden ? Is it bad for engine ?

Just adding on if u plan to take a Z900 to those mountains then u may have to change the xhaust can and set up..low GC means ample underbody hits..tyres again need changing for such roads..finally using an inline 4 means u have to watch out for dodgy fuel in remote areas..additives help to an extent..even within cities always go for premium fuel..ordinary fuel may cause pinging and consequent issues..

@@mithunkartha oh thanks a lot, that was really useful, I meant we have fuel types as normal 91 RON, then fuel with additives like xtra etc same 91 RON , and then 95 RON which is the recommeded one and rare one, so wanted to ask if 91 RON premium is also okay ? Thanks

I am planning to got to Leh-ladakh using Z900. Is the low ground clearance (130mm) a problem on the potholes ? Did you face any problems of exhaust manifold touching the ground while encountering potholes or oversized speed breakers?

You can take it without any problems. Just drive carefully through the ups and down. It depends on the driving. But 130mm should be okay if you drive carefully.
