Actually they speak Ladakhi, not Tibetan. Ladakhi or Bhoti should be given place in 8th schedule. It is a unique language and should be preserved.

@Raju Sarkar, Bro I know you are from West Bengal like me. Our Respected Laddakhi leader are giving speech in Local Language infront of local people of LADDAKH. The local people can't understand Hindi properly. We have many language in INDIA. We should respect all the indigenous languages of INDIA and try to learn . Jamial Tsering is a Great leader of LADDAKH and local people have voted him for the development of Laddakh region.We have to support and encourage him .He is a hope for Laddakh people.
