On Black Friday, I ordered from Ladder. I ordered a 4 pack sampler of the Pre-Workout, a 4 pack of Hydration, and on the enthusiastic review of my Dietician, a 4 pack of the Superfood Greens. I received a 4 pack sampler of the Pre-Workout, a 4 pack of Hydration...and a single pack of the Superfood Greens. I contacted Customer Service. No problem, we'll send you out the replacements, that's our bad. About a week later, I get the replacements in the mail. Curiously, in a Beachbody box. Stop me if you've heard this one. I receive a 4 pack sampler of the Pre-Workout, a 4 pack of Hydration...and a single pack of the Superfood Greens. I contact Customer Service again. No problem, that's our bad, we'll send you out the Superfood Greens, and since you're being super cool about how chaotic this is, we'll thrown in a 4 pack sampler of the Vanilla Protein Powder (which is magically delicious, so they weren't going to get an objection from me). I come home, and there's a Beachbody box on my porch. I can't make this up. 8 packages of the Vanilla Protein Powder, not a pack of the Superfood Greens in sight. Still waiting on this one. I may as well be made a Ladder Ambassador at this point, I've got enough product to last me a while, although I still don't actually have what I paid for.
