Yeah...thing is, this only applies if you're lucky enough to have a body that works properly. Try having IBS or any number of other issues and you'd know full well many people can't just do anything they want first thing in the morning or switch their body's rhythm all over the place without suffering pain, muscle cramps, fatigue, brain fog, diarrhea, cold sweats, nausea etc. SOME people can do this stuff sure, but by no means everyone. In fact, someone like Arnold Schwarzenegger telling Joe Public they can do all this stuff is equivalent to some ex Special Forces operators telling everyone they could get into Special Forces...they just couldn't. Just because YOU are capable of certain feats doesn't mean everyone or even most other people are as well. A lot of this bs bro-motivation stuff is nonsense in fact. I don't even see more and more super wonderful and motivated guys around these days as a result of all this bombardment on social media, in fact quite the opposite...just a world full of more and more complete narcissist asshats, so full of themselves they don't even consider other people as real half the time.

I wonder why Reg Park and Arnie didnt become closer friends. Reg invited Arnold to his place, there are some very old photos of them together. But then it seems they never spoke or hanged out any more.

When you wake up in the morning and get your workout in and read scriptures, then you should have a head of everything and that sort of sets the tone for the rest of the day you're. So when you wake up early you're ahead of things you're ahead of the day when you wake up on time or late you end up being behind on things

The thing that I realized is, are we investing our time into things that have no value? Bodybuilding is good and I like doing it however in the end your body gets old if you live that long and you may die unless you are taken into heaven without tasting death or given power that you will never taste death. The question is are we investing our time into becoming who God needs us to be so we can become like him and become as he is and become god's? Are we feasting upon the spiritual things and eternal relationships so that we can move mountains as moves mountains?

We need to go to where we can feel the spirit of the God as a fire is burning and be nourished and edified and become a more righteous and cleansed by the spirit of God and By Angels and by Jesus and by fire

I used to just get off work and go to the gym everyday and I was bulking up however I prefer to go in the mornings now. When I was 25 I could do that and I could go off a few hours of sleep every night and work a 13 or 14 hour days then go to the gym and be there till like 12:00 a.m. for 1:00 a.m. no I can't do that now I have to sleep like 8 hours

Because that's what I would do I work 13 or 14 hours and then go to the gym and bulk up. I was taking mutant. If I gained a pound a day then I felt good LOL

That's why I like Arnold because I heard one of his motivational speeches and I realized he sounded a lot like me. I didn't think that much about him before that

Why did he need the heart surgery though? Was that a result of taking steroids?
@Preston_Smith

Yeah people think they either are or they aren't, they think that they can or they can't. I don't think that if maybe they aren't doing something, then they can do something they say they can't do it if they don't really want to and so they don't try. So they're basically saying something sort of misleading because they're saying they can't when they actually don't want to when reality is if they really decided that they could then they could. Or maybe they really can't just because they haven't realized how to wire their mind and get the right mindset

I have more strength in the morning. That's when your body wakes up after rest. I have less strength when I get off of work because then I am usually pretty tired

Dear Arnold. I'm writing from Kazakhstan, city Karaganda. Spenser Harrison came to Karaganda in October.He is from Los Angeles. I want to warn you and Spenser about aq dander. Recently he celebrated the New Holiday in our local rest house with a girl. I don't know the girl but I know her relatives the Tulegenovs, the Kankulovs.The Tulegenovs killed several people three or four years ago. One of the people was a seller at our local market. They killed him, cut his body into pieces and threw them into dustbin in the local market. The Tulegenovs take bribes. They were appointed to observe the situations of caffees and restaurants during a period of Covid 19. The Tulegenovs took bribes just for opening all caffees and restaurans. The Tulegenovs have connection with selling narcotics and Russian narcomafia. They have connection with Russian singer Alla Pugacheva and her people who sell drugs. The Tulegenovs commited lots of crimes. They commited a crime against me. They always insist in all their crimes. Their ansistors were brigands in Karkaralinsk region in Kazakhstan. Ilive in city Karaganda and I know them very well. I'm sorry I printed on KZbin. It's difficult to reach you. Yours Sincerely, Yelena Bogatyreva.

A routine gains control of life. It’s crucial. A lack of routine steers into depression. It can be used as an external marker if something is wrong or right. Example: not going to the gym as much, not hanging with friends as much. Does that mean you’re depressed? Or does it just mean you got so busy with other tasks that you couldn’t get to the normal routine tasks? Routines are a hack for life.
