In my early days, I was working alone cleaning the gutters on a 2 story walkable roof. A gust of wind came out of nowhere and blew the ladder over. There I was stuck with no way down. By chance, a road department crew was passing by and saw it happen and stopped to help me. After that I always tied in my ladders. In another incident, a dude was working on the back of a house, he set the ladder up on a concrete patio, he was 2 stories up. The ladder shifted to the side and he ended up riding it down like a pendulum leaving a huge arc in the aluminum siding. He ended up with both ankles shattered and could not move. That was before cell phones and it was about an hour before anyone found him. I see in many videos that most contractors use ladder stabilizers, but very few use ladder levelers.

💥 Initially it moves just a bit but I agree that it’s so greatly more secure with this product…. Even with just one. Put on two and you have incredible peace of mind. Nice review. 🤟🏼⚒

How much does it help kick out? Is the wing nut strong enough to prevent it?

Comparison with lock jaw ladder grip?

I have not made that comparison so don't know. Sorry.

What if there are gutter guards in place?
@RooftopSafetyUSA Жыл бұрын
It doesn't work well with gutter guards.

Thanks for the response. Turns out there is a gap just large enough for me to hit the device. Works great!
