Indulge in the deliciousness of Laddoo Paan, a unique white chocolate dessert with a twist of paan flavor. Watch as we create this mouthwatering treat in the H2F Kitchen!
Ingredients
Paan/beetel leaves - 10-12
White chocolate compound - 300 g
Shredded coconut - 3 cups
Gulkand - 1/4 cup
Saunf - 2 tbsp
Tutti fruti - 1/4 cup
Candied saunf - 2 tbsp
Elaichi powder - 2 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
Method
• Wash , dry and finely chop the beetle leaves.
• Add coconut powder, elaichi powder, tutti fruti, saunf, candied saunf and gulkand.
• Mix everything well.
*Melt White chocolate compound in the microwave at medium high temp, stirring occasionally.
• Add butter, condensed milk and paan mixture.
• Add some more dessicated coconut if required.
• Mix everything well and roll them into balls.
• Roll some balls over cocoa powder and leave some as it is.
• Your paan flavoured laddoos are ready to relish.
