The Lady speaker @ 5:40 had a very valid point. Stopping people from actively breaking the law is one thing, but setting up infrastructure designed to alleviate the root cause of the problem would probably prove a more successful long term solution, at least in the case of the parks, stores/banks, and chronic traffic areas. How that is achieved is up to the circumstance, maybe shut down the bank until they properly address the dangerous design of the front entrance and how it allows for easy misinterpretation of a car entrance/parking lot. Have them design a lot that is both safe for pedestrians and drivers, until then they cannot operate their business. That might be an extreme example, but updated infrastructure seems like the next logical step

This is a good example of how fragile civility is, and people say we shouldn't need police. Yeah I'd rather have some bad apples than have no laws and watch how easily everything turns to shit. People would do what ever they want and it's obvious by these people using the excuse "well there's no sign to say this is wrong". Like oh, okay so ill come park on your front lawn in front of your door and be like "there's no sign that says I can't!"
