Lady Dimitrescu is the character who practically launched the game and in my opinion definitely deserved more attention. I sincerely hope for a DLC set in the castle, perhaps in the 50s, at the time when some of the notes were written. Character and location have so much to tell.

I don’t know why, but I feel like this would be a perfect boss track for her in her humanoid form. Like, instead of using that blade once to incapacitate her, you have to stab her several times to trigger the mutation, then this transitions into her actual boss track.

Such elegance, grace and beauty. She is such a sophisticated villainess, I really wish her and her daughters had a much larger, more impactful role in the story, they were very interesting characters and I don't feel like we got enough vampire lore the same way we did with the Lycans. I would love a DLC about them or their own game if they come back somehow. I get the impression she has a fascinating backstory and I'd love to know more about the cruelty of the Dimitrescu bloodline

I kind of wish that after Ethan freed himself from the chains, he went to the Duke. The Duke would explain to him to find the four statue heads to escape, but each head was in a separate part of the castle. In each part was one of the daughters and instead of killing them instantly, they toy with you for a while and have to endure their tricks and traps. Depending on their personality, the tricks become more crazier and more deadlier. if that wasn't enough, you would have to hide from Lady D. Then after the Duke explains that, he gives you one of the statue heads out of pity.

Alcina Dimitrescu, an awesome character who sadly was wasted in an awesome game. What do I mean? Easy, her backstory it's actually really interesting. Being a show woman who had to come back to her original place because of some failures and being modified by a psychotic woman who never had further plans with her. It would've been better if Alcina were chasing you around the village, having seveeal encounters and sharing encounters with the other Village Lords, but we got a great (but still disapointing to me) time that showed how still being a monster cared for her daughters. The notes around the castle show how interesting was the dynamic between the villagers and her. She was the only who had some kind of relationship with the Village people (no pun intended). Oh Capcom... you made a great horror game, but it could've been better (and also, she's the only lord with who you can have several encounters with)

In my opinion, Moreau should’ve been the first boss, Lady Dimitrescu being the second boss, Donna being the third boss, and Heisenberg staying as the last. It makes more sense imo, Lady D shouldn’t have been the first to die, knowing that she’s the selling point, facing her later on in the game would convince players to keep playing the game. The theming also makes sense, it’d be like a breath of fresh air, from a dank swamp to an elegant castle.

despite the fact that she is a villain in the game, we feel that she was a normal person in the past, she was manipulated by Miranda in the 50s and infected her with Cadou to "cure" her. his blood disease, his only made matters worse as his has made him want human blood. it would take a dlc which takes place 10 years before the events of resident evil 8, would take place in the village where we play a city resident who leaves his home saying hello to these neighbors while leaving to work at the castle of dimitriscu to repair the castle floor

I love her, but I think back in 50's, when she wasn't a mutated half-vampire she still wasn't a good person. Sure, maybe she wasn't killing people, but her way of being and the fact she's the noble, high-born woman makes me feel she was strict, proud and was treating others non-nobly-born like garbage. She was considering herself as someone better than everyone and I don't think she needed to be much manipulated to agree on Miranda's experiments. I find it rather like it was a way of becoming even better than she already was, but yes, still it was a hope to cure her decease, which I believe it was porphyria. It's interesting decease that suits her behaviour perfectly - pale, almost white skin, sensitivity to sunlight, problems with blood, problems with hormones and hormones can cause problems with behavior. So to sum up what I want to tell: I think she has always been behaving like a vampire and arrogant, as she's been noble, but not killing people as she had no buisness with people's deaths. She thought Miranda's cure is really something what could help her with the decease and all additional things she got like starting growing up again, immortality and transformations into half-dragon were things she could gladly accept. She still got deceases, but the side effects were more than satisfying I wish too there was more about her and her daughters, and the House of Dimitrescu at all! Is she the last person of her name, is there any other of her family, how she was experimented on, everything! It's just too good character to let her be wasted!

@@naturazpolski9213 in my fantasy, since it is stated in the game that she suffered from a blood condition, she probably wasn't considered a good heir to House Dimitrescu, (hence her obsession with maternity and being the favorite child IMHO), and when she finally became stronger, in her 40ies, she was hardened by life. Plus, she started growing out of control, so she embraced her new strength and felt the place she always wanted to have. Plus, she came from outside the village, Castle Dimitrescu isn't hers, it was a gift from Mother Miranda, is it legit to think she was outcast from her family for whatever reason?

One of my theories was that she was once in love with a man, she loved him so much she would kill for kim, but he betrayed her in such traumatic, terrible way that she not only hates and torture men, but also how she treats women in her castle. Not only she kills them for blood and flesh, but also turns them into these strange monsters from her basements and roof. I think she hates all what's human, she's just more tolerant to women. Still, she doesn't hesitate about them. Her relationship with Miranda is interesting, as she's very jealous about her. She even yell at Ethan sth like ,,I'll drink your blood and I will be as beautiful as Mother Miranda". I think she has some sort of crush on her, wants to impress her

This game is absolutely stunning and filled with class. In my opinion my favorite character is Lady Dimitrescu. Of course Mother Miranda, Karl Heisenberg or others may call the shots but she is my personal favorite character since Faith Seed in Far Cry 5. In fact if there's gonna be a Silent Hill reboot I would say both Jennesa Grant and Maggie Robertson would great for it. And of course they are my favorite voice actresses of all time. And I hope they will make a comeback for future projects.

When I first got to know her character, I've gotten so curious about her, I just wished the game actually gave her more screentime, it would've been great if she's the main antagonist or if I would get to see her in later episodes of the game, everything about her made me so curious, she's just really great, one of my most favorite antagonists out there, she's full of elegance and mystery despite her being feisty and dangerous, which is why a lot of people got more attracted to her character. Not to mention, she is really beautiful, like almost a fairytale, a dark fairytale.

Heisenberg (Lycans den) Alcina castle (1st visit) Heisenburgs Factory (1st visit) Moreau resovoir (1st visit) Heisenburg Factory (2nd visit - End) Donnas house (Only visit) (I woulda had more puzzles and a boss fight with both her and the baby monster) Alcina Castle (2nd visit) Moreau reservoir (Final visit) Alcina castle (Final visit) I woulda then had miranda make one final stand in the center of the village and ethan go through a wave of lycans or other monsters and the duke give us a small discount on ammo purchases and face off against miranda and kill her Just my opinion though thats how i would have broken them up. 🤷‍♂️
