I couldn't agree more. That day on set she got a call that her friend (who had been battling cancer for years) was not doing well. She dropped everything to get to the hospital and sadly missed her by 10 minutes. The husband said to her 'you've gotta do what Sonja would want you to do'. She went back to set and sang I'll never love again. Within 1 hour she lost her friend and delivered this heartbreaking performance.

Shallow is overrated in my opinion. I worked at a movie theater when A Star Is Born came out. I saw the movie. I got sick and tired of Shallow. Hearing it once in the movie was fine . But having to hear the song about 20 times a day while working for 5 days a week for almost 3 months made the song unbearable. I can't listen to it without cringing.

Billy…you need to watch this movie. In my opinion it was the best re-make ever made of a movie. Bradley made sure that all these songs were sung in the movie and if you watch how they did it…it just made this movie. Bradley can sing and sing very well. You should indeed do a reaction to the song they sung called “Shallow”, you can do it from the 2019 Oscars where it won the Oscar or from the movie A Star is Born. I strongly suggest you watch it‼️❤️. Also, you can see Bradley join Lady Gaga at her Enigma tour do Shallow live, it was amazing. Look it up and you can watch it, I suggest that you find the one in HD as it was the best‼️

I’ll Never Love Again from this movie is so emotional. I cry every time I hear it. A little background of the making of the movie and that song…her best friend died the night before she filmed that scene of her singing it. Her emotions were real and raw. She also sang live in many of the songs in the movie, while filming. Same with Bradley Cooper.

She wrote or cowrote all the songs in the movie that she sings. All the songs are sung live in the movie. She required it to be filmed that way. She was in charge of making the sound track for the movie. She was nominated for 2 oscars and won one for best original song. And on that note......please react to her Oscar performance of Shallow. Bradley had to learn to sing and play guitar for the movie. He also dropped his voice down to sound like Sam Elliot who plays his older brother in the movie.

Love your open and honest to a great song by an amazing singer. I think stripping everything away and giving you nothing to distract you from a lady, her piano and an incredible song was a superb idea. Well done, Bradley Cooper, we'll done. This is actually the fourth version of this movie. It was done first in the 30s (I think), the 50s (with Judy Garland from Wizard of Oz), 70s (Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson). Great movie.

I liked this song, I"ll Never Love Again, and La Vie En Rose. All of the other songs I didn't like. But having worked at theater for 3 years. I got sick of most movie soundtracks because they were played over and over in the lobby until you could her the songs in your sleep.

Fun fact: Bradley Cooper worked with a dialect coach for three months learning Sam Elliot’s accent (he plays Bradley’s older brother). He did this before even asking Sam Elliot to do the movie. When he met with Sam to ask him to do the movie, Sam thought Bradley was making fun of his accent at first. When Bradley explained what he did because he wanted them to really sound like brothers, Sam Elliot said he immediately accepted without even reading the script because it was the most incredible thing anyone had ever done to get him to take a part.

The movie was exceptionally well done, Bravo to Bradley Cooper on that remake. He and Gaga were magic. The music is beautiful throughout. The Original A Star is Born from 1976 with Chris Kristofferson and Barbra Streisand about a male singer who battles with alcoholism and drug addiction. This is the updated version which I really loved too. thx for sharing Billy :)

This is incredible. The movie? 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Bradley Cooper took lessons, but when he first met Gaga at her house, she said he had a natural voice. She was playing the piano and they sand together. You should hear the live version from the main song from the movie. I think it was at the Grammy’s. Bradley actually sand live at the freaking Grammy’s!!

Her voice is one of the best. She is just passionate about art, and incorporates it in her looks. She’s much more tamed now than when she first came out. She’s incredible, and you should listen to her. She did a lot with Tony Bennet, and it’s phenomenal!
