Because it was never released. She teased this years ago in a live concert but then she changed lyrics and instruments and made “Dope” which is part of ARTPOP’s tracklist

It is believed that she changed the lyrics spontaneously without informing to her management team as an act of rebelion to her label which was the main reason of the several sabotages the album had during its pre and post realease. Idk maybe she wanted to save the OG version to herself and to us devoted fans who really know about this version. She sung this once (not exactly with this instrumental but with the same lyrics during her itunes festival performance on 2013)
