Lady's jeep BLOWS coolant everywhere on the road

I was headed home from work when I got behind a jeep liberty and while we were sitting at the light coolant poured out from underneath it. I told her very quickly and asked some surrounding cars to move out the way so she could get into parking lot. There we discovered that her coolant reservoir cap wasn’t on so we filled it back up with some water from a local store, and I was on my way.
