Thanks for the suggestion and feedback. I would love to be able to do balls and strikes along with the outs, runner locations on the base paths and the score while also choosing the correct camera angles to select while recording the game live, but it’s just too much for me to handle by myself. I do my best and still fall behind sometimes. Maybe one day soon I’ll figure out a way to be able to handle that as well. For the time being just look for the home plate umpire to review the count as they do from time to time. Thanks again for the suggestion though.

I just ended my first 12u season. A tip for that: If where you are does drop-third strikes, *Look back at the catcher to see if they dropped it, if they did, run like the wind.* It’s a great way to get on base even if you do get a strike-out. Going quick and immediately will give you a boost to not pause especially during the first few games .

@FloridaSoftballNetwork2 жыл бұрын
Above comment translated to English from Indonesian: “what is the difference between baseball and softball. Please tell me because I've only known about baseball so far.”
@FloridaSoftballNetwork2 жыл бұрын
@FloridaSoftballNetwork2 жыл бұрын
My reply in English… The Pitch Although Baseball and Softball seem very similar there are some important differences; In Softball, the pitch is delivered underhand, the ball is larger, the field is smaller, and base runners cannot leave a base until the pitcher releases the pitch. The Ball A regulation softball is significantly larger than a regulation baseball. A softball measures between 12 inches (30.5 cm) in circumference and weighs 6.5 ounces (183 grams) a baseball measures approximately 9 inches (23 cm) in circumference and weighs 5 ounces.(142 grams) The Base Paths The base paths in softball are shorter than those in baseball. When pitchers throw from 35 feet (10.67 meters), the bases typically are 55 feet (16.76 meters) apart; when pitchers deliver balls from 40 feet (12 metrrs), the bases usually are 60 feet (18 meters) apart. The smaller base paths in turn create a smaller infield area, making softball a much faster game than baseball. Innings In baseball there are nine innings and in softball there at seven innings, although all of the games on this YT channel are under a time restriction so we rarely get close to seven innings.
