Yo missed an opportunity to not be random in this one. Ladybird's spots are symmetrical, so they are a mirror image on each wing, sometimes they even have one spot at the top which spans both. Obviously this is not your average ladybird (or ladybug) and this fact is reflected in her spots which do not give away her age :D
