But it came as somewhat of a shock to be told, 'You have lost a significant amount of blood but you won't be getting a blood transfusion,' Several days later I am still breathless and exhausted. And it was only today that I found out that our NHS Bloodstocks have been cyberhacked. With the result that our blood stocks are perilously low. Especially for O Positive and O Negative. I myself am O Positive. I am due to have a medical procedure in a few weeks. But I doubt if it can go ahead, without blood on hand. And of course I am far from alone in that respect. Unfortunately I have a son who I haven't spoken to for over 10 years - he borrowed thousands from me over the years and when I got made redundant and took my pension his girlfriend was upset because I wouldn't give them any further money or a deposit for a house.
