#Zarzuela #Seafood #Christmas
In this video I explain how to make the traditional Zarzuela de Pescado y Marisco recipe. It is a very appropriate traditional stew to celebrate holidays such as Christmas or some important event. Depending on the region of Spain, this recipe is cooked with one or the other ingredients, since it gives of itself and you can combine the recipe with the ingredients you have. In the video I give you an example of fish or shellfish that I use but you can exchange ingredients or ignore it depending on your personal taste, since the trick of this tasty zarzuela recipe is the sauce that is obtained with a stir-fry and the homemade broth of fish that we make at the moment with part of the ingredients that we have. The Fish and Seafood Zarzuela is an elaborate recipe, but I guide you step by step during the video so you don't get lost and you can have a dish of 10 for the holidays or your guests who will enjoy it from start to finish.
A clay pot is normally used to preserve the heat, since the zarzuela must be eaten very hot. Finally we will give a heat stroke to the whole stew in the oven where we will take advantage and cook the langoustines, prawns and prawns briefly so that they do not pass us and eat them at the right point of cooking.
I hope you enjoy with family and friends this wonderful recipe for Zarzuela de Pescado y Marisco made with love that I share with you.
